Shop Easy
1. Shop Easy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you fail to comply with any terms and conditions of this agreement.
2. You are solely responsible for the security of your personal information, including passwords and other private information, stored in the Shop Easy App. Any unauthorized access or use of the Shop Easy App by anyone other than yourself is strictly prohibited.
3. Shop Easy reserves the right to change the Terms of use of this App at any time and without prior notice.
4. Any user-generated content and information that you store on the Shop Easy app must not be offensive, inaccurate, or unlawful and in no case may it violate these Terms or applicable laws, or infringe on the rights of any third party.
5. You agree to use Shop Easy App only for lawful purposes and you are solely responsible for the knowledge of and compliance with any and all laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations pertaining to the use of the Shop Easy App.
6. User(s) will not use, distribute, or post any information via Shop Easy App which is unlawful, abusive, libellous, hateful, or inappropriate in any way (as determined by us).
7. You must use Shop Easy App in a responsible manner and must not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
8. You are solely responsible for any breach of these Terms, and for the consequences of any such breach (including any loss or damage which we may suffer) by you or any third party using your Account.
9. Shop Easy is not responsible for the actions, content, information or data of third parties, which you may access or encounter when using the Shop Easy App or Service.
10. Any attempt to access any unauthorized features, use of services not explicitly authorized, interference with our networks and services, or attempted breach of security will result in immediate termination of your account.
